Fabulous experience using this company. Scheduling through email was easy breezy. Dwight called me the night before to confirm/answer any questions which was much appreciated. Arrived promptly and worked HARD! I was so impressed both with the hustle and clear diligence in ensuring everything was well cared for. I had several flights of stairs for them to deal with and it was no issue. The whole time Dwight and Leo were absolutely doing an A+ job; it was incredible.
During move in, Dwight noticed a scuff on the ceiling he thought he caused by grazing it with a hockey stick. Coincidentally I knew the scuff was already there before they arrived, but Dwight immediately tried to remedy it anyway. I absolutely did not expect that (that’s the kind of thing that happens when you move, ya know?) and was so impressed. Truly honest and careful movers.
Pricing was fair if not very good. Dwight was also very communicative and clear when going through the contract. No complaints whatsoever, and I would recommend this team to anyone. Thanks Dwight and Leo!!

I’ve moved multiple times, throughout cities across the world, and Lulu’s provided by far the best moving experience I’ve ever had. Dwight and Leo showed up exactly at 9 AM, were thorough, quick, and careful, even when moving my most fragile pieces, from the East Bay to San Francisco. They even made a stop along the way to pick up furniture from my partner’s house! Such amazing service; thank you for bringing such good energy to the job and making what could have otherwise been a chaotic move such a wonderful, easy time. Also, didn’t break the bank!

They even helped move some things around to make room in the new place and some items I ended up not needing back into my car. The team of Dwight, Carlos, Oscar and Sam was a pleasure to work with and I recommend them highly.
